From W1 London, it was bike, motorbike, tube, bus and on foot to deliver a first-of-its-kind service — with clients including Sony and Vodafone.
In the 1990s, we provided in-store and online trade-ins to large retailers including Carphone Warehouse, Phone House, FNAC and many more.
Fast forward to today: the fax machine has been recycled, and the same-day experience is here — fusing human expertise with AI for next-generation customer experience.
